We are looking for an outstanding and creative Brand and Marketing Assistant/Executive with a sharp eye for brand design, advanced knowledge of marketing, demonstrated proficiency in executive presentation production, and most importantly, a great storyteller.

Responsibilities
-
To assist Brand & Communication team on daily duties
-
Assist online & offline promotions (e.g. eDMs, banners and notifications) to maximize brand and hero products awareness
-
Assist to formulate and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives
-
Develop and maintain strategic content for product description and online & offline promotion
-
Participate in developing and identifying new business strategies
-
Manage social media and e-marketing systems (i.e. Facebook, Instagram etc.)
-
Monitor competitors’ marketing campaigns and prepare competitive analysis
-
Time-to-time communicate with retail channels to ensure trade promotion activity is well executed.

Consolidate report of advertising performance, sales performance, stock level, or other KPIs.

Support daily operations, perform general clerical work and any ad-hoc assignment
Requirement
-
1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing and project management (experience in PR, media or marketing agencies is bonus), more experience will be considered as Executive.

Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communication, Marketing or Business-related disciplines, or similar subject area or equivalent work experience required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Detail-minded, responsible, multi-tasking with good organization skills

Able to work independently with tight deadlines

Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Passion in developing a career in e-commerce/startup industry

Portfolio demonstrating a command of storytelling and creating clear, concise, and effective communications and/or presentations.
